Born in Champagne, France; Axelle spent the first 34 years of her life in her native country before emigrating to the USA in 1994.
Axelle now resides in Miami, Florida, with her two children, where she works as a Labor & Delivery nurse. Axelle has been developing her passion for painting and expanding her talents for creative artwork since 1996.
Axelle believes that human personality is only complete when we open the door to the creativity of the mind.
"I create, so I exist; whether it is the creation of a dance, a song, a poem, a symphony.....I express myself today, and wake up each morning with joy of life, love and giving."
The faces and bodies Axelle has encountered seem to merge together in her artwork...... in a style that cannot be simply named or classified. Instead we seem destined to travel on a journey of emotions, gestures and hidden messages.
